Clermont County Township Association

Pierce Township

Chili and oyster stew night.

Officers:

Tom Dix- Present; Joyce Richardson – Present;

Ohio    2 + 1; Pierce 4 + 1; Stonelick   0; Tate 1; Union   0; Washington 1 ;

Wayne 0; Williamsburg   2 + 1

The vice president, Tom Dix, conducted the meeting. 

Jim Danbury made a motion to replace him on the LEPC board with Guy Bainum; second by Kraig Rigdon.  Motion carried.

Tim Hershner asked for two volunteers to serve on the access committee.  He also said more townships add been added to the website.  He will be making talks on the county comprehensive plan, which has still not been approved. 

Tom Dix expressed praise for Virgil Pollard.

Kraig Rigdon said that Donnie Morgan wanted to replace Carlos Hamilton on the Health Board.

There was a long discussion on the need to have the Clermont County Township Association to be more active in local, state and national politics.
