Pledge of Allegiance

Officers:  Ed Humphrey,  Tom Dix,  Joyce Richardson,  T.J. Corcoran – all present

Introduction of guests:  Rep. Uecker was there.  He discussed township speed limits.  Bari Henning reported Jody Danbury is home from the hospital.

Treasurer’s report:  $11,090.72.  Motion to approve by Harold Herron; 2^nd by Bari Henning. Motion carried.

Motion by Frank Wilson to approve the minutes; second by Howard Daugherty.  Motion carried.

Committee Reports in writing.

Frank Wilson moved to approve nominating committee’s recommendation for officers for 2008.  2^nd by Debbie Clepper.   President – Ed Humphrey; Vice President – Tom Dix; Secretary/Treasurer – Joyce Richardson;  Executive Representative – T. J. Corcoran

Frank Wilson moved to send $1000.00 to Neediest Kids of All; 2^nd by Tom Dix.

Next meeting:  Thursday, December 20, 2007, Christmas Party at Heritage Hall, 1705 St. Rt, 28, Goshen, Ohio .  Judge Shriver will swear in officers and newly elected township officials.
