Roll call of officers:  Ed Humphrey and Joyce Richardson were present.

Tom Dix and T. J. Corcoran were absent.

Roll call of Townships:

Batavia 1, Franklin 1, Goshen 1 assoc., Jackson 2, Miami 1 + 1 assoc., Monroe 2, Ohio 4, Pierce 2 + 1 assoc., Stonelick 1, Tate 2, Union 1, Washington 0, Wayne 0, Williamsburg 2 + 1 assoc.

Intro. Of Guests:  Rep. Uecker and Director of Health Dist.

Treasurer’s report $10, 677.10
