The treasurer reported $10,350.60 in the budget.

Ed Humphrey-Committee reports in writing

Ed Humphrey reported on conference: 

1. Sessions:  Sexually Oriented Businesses Session (2 points – 1.  Make it permitted use not conditional, 2.  Define location in at least two places) Telecommunications Session (Cable companies not negotiating till federal regulations)

2.  Governor Strickland wants local funding back on percentage not line item.v

No report on Cellular 911 Committee

No report on Storm Water Comm.

No report on OKI

Jim Taylor – No Report on OVRDC

Paul Ritchey – Banquet mtg. Feb. 24^th, 9AM at Batavia Twp. Hall

Frank Wilson – Report from Charitable Donations Comm.:

$500.00 be donated to Ronald McDonald House; $1000 Neediest Kids of All in Clermont County; Boys and Girls Club, $250.00; Kids Vote, $250.00; $1000 Clermont Homeless Shelter, Clermont Community Services and $100.00 OTA Scholarship Fund. Joyce Richardson moved to accept recommendations; Rick Hinson seconded the motion. Motion carried.

Dion Connor reported that Jim Beasley from Brown County was appointed Head of ODOT and Hans Gindle was named District 8 Director.

The Health Dept. needs a representative from campgrounds.  Harold Herron suggested someone from the fair board.

Gregg Conrad reported that Virgil Pollard called and said, “Hi” and that he would be back.
