MINUTES

JANUARY 18, 2007

Meeting called to order by Ed Humphrey, president.

Pledge of Allegiance

Roll call of officers:  Ed Humphrey, President; Joyce Richardson, Secretary/treasurer and T.J. Corcoran, Executive Committeeperson were present. Tom Dix, Vice President was absent.

Jim Taylor reported on Ohio Valley Regional Development

Motion made by Skeets Humphries that Jim Taylor be recommended to Bob Proud to serve on the Comprehensive Economic Dev. Committee; seconded by Howard Dougherty.  Motion carried. 

Ed Humphrey encouraged people to attend the OTA Winter Conference January 31 through February 3 in Columbus.

Ed reviewed legislative issues in the Ohio Township magazine.

Next meeting:  Thursday, Feb. 15, 2007 at Pierce Township for oyster stew and chili.
