Meeting called to order by President Clepper.

December 15, 2005 Christmas Dinner – Norlyn Manor, 4440 St. Rt. 132, Batavia,   Social hour 6:00 PM, dinner 7:00 pm.  $20.00 for each guest. An association’s member’s dinner is paid for by the association.

Treasurer’s Report:  $13516.24

Approval of minutes – Tom Dix’s name spelling was corrected and no September minutes because it was the engineer’s meeting.

Minutes were approved as corrected.  Jim Danbury made the motion to approve the minutes; seconded by Rick Hinson, motion carried.

Guests:

Martha Enriquez, Safe Communities Coordinator, Clermont County Safe Communities

Ross, Sinclaire and Associates, Master Township Lease Program

Frank Wilson nominated Tom Dix as representative to OKI; 2^nd by Rick Hinson.  Motion carried.

Jim Danbury made the motion for Bari Henning to represent the Assoc. on the 911 Cellular Committee; seconded by Joyce Richardson.  Motion carried.

Township must make resolution to support Bari and send the resolution to Beth Nevel by 1/9/06

Howard Daugherty nominated Ed Humphrey for president; 2^nd by Tom Dix.  Motion carried

Frank Wilson nominated Gregg Conrad ; 2^nd by Kermit Beckworth; motion carried.

Frank Wilson nominated Joyce Ann Richardson for secretary/treasurer; 2^nd by Ed Humphrey.  Motion carried.

Ed Humphrey nominated Sandy Graham as Exec. to OTA; 2^nd by Lee Lewis.  Motion carried.

Sandy Graham moved to donate $1000.00 to Clermont County ’s Neediest Kids of All; 2^nd by Ed Humphrey.  Motion carried.

Tom Dix moved to donate $1000.00 to the Jr. Fair Board to build weight cover; 2^nd by Kermit Beckworth.  Motion carried

Donations committee:

Ed Humphrey, Joyce Ann Richardson , Sandy Graham, Tim Hodges and Frank Wilson

Virgil asked for a donation to be sent to Ronald McDonald House.

There was a discussion on RID’s (Residential Incentive Districts).  RID’s sunsets 12/31/05 .

The commissioners are taking advantage of window.

Ed Soergel moved to adjourn; Gregg Conrad seconds.  Motion carried.
