Debbie Clepper acknowledged Skeets Humphries and Ed Humphrey as State Leadership Academy Graduates

Treasurer’s Report - $10,383.56

Ed Humphrey moved to approve minutes; seconded by Skeets Humphries

President Clepper wants to set up an emergency phone chain.

Virgil Pollard talked about the banquet meetings.

Mr. Clark reported having the oyster stew for 41 years in the Pierce Building .

Committee Updates: Ed Humphrey

Mark Daniels spoke representing the Boys and Girls Club.  3/12 They are having a $100 per person fundraiser.

OLD BUSINESS:

Frank Wilson moved to not donate to Clean and Green.  Jim Danbury seconded the motion.  Motion carried.

NEW BUSINESS:

2005 Schedule:  March, Board of Health; April, Banquet; May, Franklin; June, Ohio picnic; July, no meeting; August, Union ; September, Engineer; October, Sheriff; November, Goshen (or Washington ); December, Christmas Banquet.

Andy Kupta, Clermont County Economic Director and Brenda Wehrmar, Attorney with Peck Schaffer spoke on TIF (Tax Increment Financing)
