Ed Humphrey was presented with a plaque of appreciation from the association.

Minutes of the Dec. 16, 2004 meeting were approved as corrected.  The date was changed from  December 16, 2003 to December 16, 2004 .

Minutes of the Nov. 18, 2004 minutes were approved as corrected.  December 16, 2005 was changed to December 16, 2004 .

The treasurer reported  $11, 482.31 in the budget.

Ed Humphrey will keep up the web page.

Feb. meeting will be at Pierce.  Meeting dates/places will be scheduled then.

Judy Walker asked for $300.00 donation for “Salute to Leaders” banquet.  Jim Taylor so moved.  Second by Skeets Humphries.  Motion carried.

Julie Toren from Clean and Green asked for a donation for sign “Welcome to Clermont County ”.

Note:  There was a snowstorm and roads were treacherous.  Thanks to those who made the meeting.
