Motion to approve minutes by Tom Dix; second by Frank Wilson; motion approved

Chuck Tilbury from the Auditor’s Office gave an update on Local Government Fund.  Sean Sprouse from Burnham and Flowers Insurance gave information.

United Way chair for Clermont County is Linda Fraley.

Tom Dix will check out how townships gave money to the Historical Society.   The Township Association  is to send $1500.00.

OKI – Tom Dix reported no activity.

OVRDC – no activity

Storm Water Management – No Activity

Halloween night – October 30, 6-8 pm

Virgil went to the Ronald McDonald House; they would welcome us for a tour.

Washington Township has proposed renaming RT 756, “ The Ohio National Guard 216^th Heavy Engineer/Combat Battalion Memorial Highway”.  They asked all townships with Rt. 756 to do the same.
