Motion: Approve minutes as corrected. Ohio Township was present at the November meeting.

The treasurer reported $12,005.18 in the budget.
Members were encouraged to attend the OTA conference and support Ed for the directorship.
Candidates from 88th and 66th districts for representative; senate candidates; and local office candidates spoke.
Ed asked that the members write letters concerning oil well legislation. Representative Neuhaus, sponsor of the bill defended both that bill and the sewer legislation.
Committee reports in writing.
A committee was appointed to look at donations: Debbie Clepper, Chair; Sandy Graham, and Frank Wilson.
Chairs met with Virgil.
Meeting adjourned. Next meeting at Pierce on February 19.
BANQUET MEETING DATES:
9:00 A. M. at Batavia Township Hall
2/7, 2/21, 3/6, 3/20, 4/3, 4/10 or 4/17 all money should be turned in by this date. Dates may change since the banquet date has been moved to April 30.
Banquet 4/30 at Clermont Fairgrounds.
