Secretary’s report approved as corrected “ Ohio
Township will hold a dedication service on October 26, 2003 from 1-4
p.m. for their new fire house. Motion
to approve minutes by Howard Daugherty; second by Ed Sorgel; motion
carried.

OTA Conference January 28-31, 2004 – Columbus.
Ed Humphrey is running for director.
Our attendance and support of Ed is encouraged.

reported that there is a new executive director replacing the
recently retired director.

Minton reported there had been no meeting.

reported there was a back up of inspections.

OVRDC – Sandy and Lee
reported there was no meeting.

Storm Water Management
– Sandy reported that John McManus from Miami U. is helping
Clermont County with policies, etc.

services to the townships at no charge.
